The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

We are looking to recruit business analysts who will be responsible for:

• Identifying key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders Eliciting and documenting business requirements
• Translating requirements into user stories, features, backlog, tasks, and testable acceptance criteria
• Prioritisation/grooming meetings Process mapping and business process modelling techniques
• Wireframe and Prototyping Agile, Kanban, and Scrum framework
• Analysing corporate processes, foreseeing needs, identifying opportunities for development, and creating and putting into practice solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

BENEFITS:

We have solutions for those without prior business analysis experience. We will give you a three-month training course to become a certified business analyst, after which you can acquire a security clearance and a résumé that is suitable for the position. Upon completion, you also get prepared for interviews and as a recruiter, our company will assist you in submitting applications for positions as business analysts which will facilitate job placement.
